Our Cold Fork buffets will be delivered to your venue and will be set out for you and your guests to enjoy. Also included are our replenishment staff who can answer any questions you or your guests may have about the food and generally keep things tidy and ticking along nicely throughout the food service at your event.
We can provide white table linen for the buffet tables, as well as plain white plates, cutlery, quality paper napkins for your guests, salt & pepper pots, etc.
All the food is freshly prepared and will be delivered to you in our smart liveried van.
In general terms, a cold fork buffet menu works best during the warmer months between April and October due to the style of food. However, if you would prefer a cold fork buffet at any other time of year, please do get in touch and see what we can suggest for you. Alternatively, you might consider a hot fork buffet instead.
Some examples of items in a cold fork buffet during Spring/Summer would be;
A Selection of cold meat or fish dishes, for example;
Fordhall Farm Gammon glazed in mustard, brown sugar, marmalade & cider
Free-Range Chicken Salad with Spiced Figs & Mozzarella
Salmon Tarts with Mango Salsa
Prawn, Mango & Caramelised Walnut Salad
accompanied with various salads & rustic breads & farm butter, for example;
Mixed Bean Salad (V)
Pesto Rice Salad (V)
New York Deli Coleslaw (V)
Spanish Salad with Olives & Capers (V)
Local New Potatoes with Butter & Rock Salt
